What to Expect at an Estate Sale
 
 
In order to enjoy a great estate sale experience, we have set some guidelines that we hope you will review.  These guidelines are designed to equitably service all of the customers who come to a sale.
 
At 10:00 am we will hand out numbers in order to limit the amount of people in the sale at one time.
 
Please line up in the order in which you arrived around 9:30 am.
 
The sale will start at10:00 am.  We will determine, based on the individual sale, the number of customers that we will admit.
 
At One Day Sales, reductions start at 3:00 pm.
 
For larger items, remember to mark your items sold or have one of our employees do so.
 
Please do not remove the sticker tags off items.
 
We accept cash or local check with proper identification and phone number.

We do accept credit cards on purchases of $100.00 or more
 
All items must be removed the day of the sale unless arrangements are made with the sales manager.  Please bring adequate help to move large items.  Our staff cannot help with heavy items due to insurance purposes.
 
All Sales are Final.
 
Please check out all electronics, etc. before you buy.  You are buying "as is" and are responsible for the items after purchase.  We are not responsible for loss of items purchased.  Newspapers and bags will be available for you to wrap your purchases.
 
Not responsible for accidents.
